Nuts & Bolts – Note to Reviewer Append
One of the best ways to communicate with the review team is at the time of your submission in the Note to Reviewer field (nicknamed NTR). Consider this an opportunity to tell the reviewer anything important about your submission that will help them with the review.
There are many things that this field can be used for. See the most common examples here in a prior post: Note to Reviewer
A few other helpful usages of the NTR field is to:
1. share that you have two storefronts and the AID# of the other storefront
2. request a review on a FastTrack submission intended for a series – following the series concept review process
Artists can add text to this field at two times only:
1. when creating a new submission – once it is submitted you can no longer edit this field
2. when a card has been returned to you for edits
Important Note: It is helpful to preserve the ongoing information / conversation you’ve included in your Note to Reviewer field. It is important in your resubmission to APPEND any notes and NOT delete the notes and start anew.
The difference is made in the details!
