Nuts & Bolts – Design Change “Do Not Purchase”
We sometimes see shoppers purchase a card of which they’ve sent a design change request for BEFORE the new card has been created. Apparently they think that the artist will change the card in their cart / they’ve purchased. Simply reply to the shopper sharing not to purchase until the new card is ready.
Consider using this statement in your replies to such requests:
“I will be creating a new card for you. Please do not purchase the original card as I will be sending you a link to your new card.”
The difference is made in the details!
