Thankful is an understatement when someone has received an organ or tissue transplant. It is truly the gift of life. So many individuals to thank like the transplant surgeon, transplant coordinator, transplant physician, dietitian, social worker, financial planner, floor nurse and surgical staff. Create thank you cards for to the amazing and capable organ or tissue transplant team with heartfelt thanks for doing an amazing job filled with TLC.

Please keep in mind that often the donor is deceased and the thank you is going to a grieving family.  In some cases the thanks are for a living donor.  Please do your research and design accordingly with sensitivity, care and compassion.
