Wanted Cards – Feeding Tube
There are many health conditions, diseases and complex medical issues necessitating someone to have a feeding tube. It may be a temporary situation as in supplementing nutrition during cancer treatment or for a baby born prematurely. It could be a long-term or permanent need due to a chronic health condition like a malfunctioning or failure of an organ.
As a means to regained health and a life saving measure, there are celebratory milestones like getting a feeding tube, the anniversary of having a feeding tube and gratefully for some, the day they no longer need their feeding tube and it is removed. Also for children who may need reassurance and encouragement.
