Doreen, this is too funny. I been trying to figure out how to make a seamless repeating pattern (with gimp) all morning and I click on my email and find this post! I can’t seem to find any tutorials on the subject for gimp other than using the tile feature and that doesn’t help when trying to piece together a pattern. I don’t know if I am making any sense here so off I go to try again! Thank you.

    Will this help?

Thanks Corrie, I have seen this one and I know how to do what they describe. When working with some patterns the seamless option leaves a translucent image that just doesn’t work. I will try to come up with a way to describe better what I am trying to accomplish!
